These thoughts during these few moments powerfully and positively effect the rest of my day. I honestly see a huge difference when I do not take the time to be still, quiet, centered and in (yes) a meditative space. This is meditation.
During the month of June each morning we will take on a thought or insight that is centered around powerfully aligning with your intentions for what you set out to create in 2008. June is the 6 month mark and if the year isn't going as planned - it's time to get back on track or reset your goals.
